Victoria & Christopher's 'Narnia' Wedding at Luton Hoo

This was the fairy tale style wedding of Victoria and Christopher who with the help of the brilliant Theme-Works Weddings transformed Luton Hoo Hotel into various scenes from Narnia. With snowy pathways, lampposts and hidden touches that only a few saw (check out the picture of the bottom of Victoria's shoes) this wedding became a wonderland for the kids and grown ups to embrace and enjoy. Lots of neat touches to mention, the wardrobe full of coats that guests had to push their way through to enter the evening festivities was a highlight as was the Ice Queens singing and entertaining during the meal. Above all this was - like every wedding - all about the love of the couple and their families combining to create a unique and beautifully imagined celebration that I am sure will be etched on many memories for a very long time to come. photo victoria_01_zps26c09fbe.jpg photo victoria_02_zps62e1e095.jpg photo victoria_03_zps62c0956d.jpg photo victoria_04_zpsb65605dd.jpg photo victoria_05_zpsddfa2ffc.jpg photo victoria_06_zps45dadf01.jpg photo victoria_07_zpsfc5e6430.jpg photo victoria_08_zps9d8f4fa1.jpg photo victoria_09_zps14f0b169.jpg photo victoria_10_zpsf5170e6c.jpg photo victoria_11_zps1a27e83e.jpg photo victoria_12_zps1c531bcd.jpg photo victoria_13_zps4124c9ed.jpg photo victoria_14_zps61ae8791.jpg photo victoria_15_zpsae179bfb.jpg photo victoria_16_zps3fff10f4.jpg photo victoria_17_zpsb4cdf325.jpg photo victoria_18_zps551156e3.jpg photo victoria_19_zpse45ee309.jpg

Jessica & Ben's Wedding at Gorse Hill

Todays update is from the beautiful wedding of Jessica & Ben at Gorse Hill. Jessica got ready at Gorse Hill in the morning with her bridesmaids and flower girls. Jessica's dress had an amazingly pretty back which became a real talking point amongst all the guests for the rest of the day. Once all the girls were ready they then made their way to St James Church in Shere where Ben awaited. An emotional and moving ceremony followed and after some time relaxing in the church gardens it was back to Gorse Hill to begin the reception. Lovely weather blessed the whole day with the couple and all their guests making the very most of it whilst exploring the pretty grounds. After a line up it was onto the food, speeches and dancing. A really wonderful couple, great weather, fun guests and beautiful backdrops all combined to create a very memorable wedding celebration. photo jess_01_zps55668648.jpg photo jess_02_zpscd4957ff.jpg photo jess_03_zpsf9ab6213.jpg photo jess_04_zpsa4c398c2.jpg photo jess_05_zpsc9dd1fee.jpg photo jess_06_zps75c0b299.jpg photo jess_07_zpse35c621a.jpg photo jess_08_zpsd4bed264.jpg photo jess_09_zps93725a56.jpg photo jess_10_zps2afffc09.jpg photo jess_11_zpsf351d3ac.jpg photo jess_12_zps9c176ef7.jpg photo jess_13_zpsc1db797e.jpg photo jess_14_zps054eb61e.jpg photo jess_15_zps62b7061e.jpg photo jess_16_zps3199a75f.jpg photo jess_17_zpsbe434e4a.jpg photo jess_18_zps360273b1.jpg photo jess_19_zps26895448.jpg photo jess_20_zps43b18c9b.jpg photo jess_23_zps4542980d.jpg

Deborah & Michael's Wedding at Taplow House Hotel

Today's wedding update is from the gorgeous wedding of Deborah and Michael hosted by Taplow House Hotel. This is the definition of a fun, family filled wedding with multiple generations of family enjoying the glorious sunshine and grounds. After a humanist service with some very special ribbon knot tying, everyone joined in congratulating the happy couple on the terrace. The surprise of the day was Deborah's horse had been specially brought down to share in the celebrations and hog the limelight (and the polos) for a bit. After the reception the wedding breakfast began with a pass the parcel game and to help guests mingle everyone was given a playing card and had to find the holder of the corresponding card and get to know them. Line dancing, a barbecue and a picture booth continued the celebration in the same vein it had started, no doubt ending in the small hours. photo dm_01_zpsc0a51bd1.jpg photo dm_02_zpsfe903618.jpg photo dm_03_zpscf0d1bed.jpg photo dm_04_zps84753bc2.jpg photo dm_05_zps30e4828f.jpg photo dm_06_zps0c855377.jpg photo dm_07_zps0d159d6c.jpg photo dm_08_zps58dbb6c1.jpg photo dm_09_zps1d3cbb77.jpg photo dm_10_zps997c7a4e.jpg photo dm_11_zps254cc5d1.jpg photo dm_12_zps451c2859.jpg photo dm_13_zps5f1e0d95.jpg photo dm_14_zpsde374414.jpg photo dm_15_zpsb2afd791.jpg photo dm_16_zpscb174119.jpg photo dm_17_zps90bd237c.jpg
