Sarah's Shoes

On Saturday I photographed the wedding of Sarah and David at The Old Mill in Aldermaston. A lovely sunny September day allowed the couple and their guests to make the most of the lovely location by the river.

Here's Sarah's shoes and as ever their full wedding story will follow shortly.

Keshana & Sujeevan Celebration

Keshana & Sujeevan were already married a month earlier but I was asked to photograph the lavish celebratory party at The Hilton International in Croydon on the 25th August. In essence a very large reception but without the ceremony this was an opportunity for friends and family to come together and celebrate their Hindu wedding and new found married status.

A very colourful, loud and entertaining evening ensued with a beautiful bride and groom enjoying every second and photo opportunities at every turn.

First Reflections

I recently settled on the name "reflections' as my new brand name for the natural lifestyle portraiture I specialize in. It signifies the reflection of who you are, how you want to be and how you can be.

The first new reflection shoot for me was with the lovely Victoria, who is leaving our fair shores for a years traveling around the world. She wanted a set of pictures she could leave her parents as a going away present and she wanted to capture a feel of romance and beauty in the shots.

Hope you have a safe, happy and exciting years traveling Victoria. Here are a few selected shots from her shoot.

Abby's Shoes

On Saturday I shot the wedding of Abby and David at Hampton Court Palace with a reception to follow at St George's Hill in Weybridge. A majestic venue, beautiful weather, lovely couple and a guest appearance by Abby's horse made this is a fun and very special wedding.

Their full wedding story will follow shortly but to keep you going till then here are the brides beautiful shoes.

Perfect Wedding Magazine Feature

I'm delighted to say that one of my weddings from last year has been featured in the September issue of the nations biggest selling wedding magazine Perfect Wedding.

Charlotte & Tim were married in the beautiful Chateau lagorce near Bordeaux, France where they then stayed with their guests for a wonderful week long holiday. The magazine has given the lovely couple a seven page spread and I'm delighted to see so many of our favourite pictures included in their real life wedding story.

What makes this that extra bit special is that Charlotte only found out about the magazine yesterday, on the very date of their first year anniversary. Now thats what I call a great present. Congratulations to you both.

Layla's Shoes

On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing the lovely Layla and Dan's wedding at Cain Manor in Farnham. With the wedding all at the one location and a lovely sunny September day this was a wedding filled with great moments, great fun and lots of love.

As usual their full wedding story will follow shortly.

Sophie & Simon Wed in Guildford

On 4th August I shot the wedding of the lovely Sophie and Simon at The Holiday Inn in Guildford. After so long without sunshine we had the first real day of summer with blue skies and soaring temperatures.

After a personal and emotional service the bride and groom and their guests were free to enjoy the sunshine in the hotel courtyards with their champagne.

To kick the evening off in style Sophie & Simon were showered with confetti during their first dance and once Sophie had swapped to her running shoes the dancing went through till the early hours.

Mel & Jeff wed in Devon

On Saturday 28th July I was fortunate enough to be invited to photograph Mel & Jeff's wedding in Crediton, Devon. Traveling down the day before we were delighted to be invited to share the pre-wedding barbecue with the family and friends at Northcote Manor, scene of the following days reception. As Jeff is the brother of Mike, the groom at one of my previous weddings, it was a brilliant opportunity to catch up with some new friends as well as capture all the memories of the special day itself.

The weather was very changeable on the wedding day and although we were lucky enough to have a dry morning and indeed a dry wedding service in the beautiful Crediton Church, once the move was made to the reception the rain had set in for the day. This certainly did not dampen anyones spirits and with the run of Northcote Manor itself the only dull moments were from the clouds in the sky.

Mel & Jeff jetted off for a fabulous well deserved honeymoon in Australia, thank you for your generous hospitality and a really great weekend guys.
